To develop and improve the skills of our own employees, we have implemented internal Trainee Programs for laser technologies (welding, surfacing, heat treatment) and programming of industrial robots. The main motivation of these programs is the training of highly qualified professionals who are the basis for increasing the competitiveness and quality of the services offered.
